An al fresco intimate wedding just outside of Atlanta, Georgia
Living in Seattle, Gloria and Kevin wanted something totally different for their intimate wedding in Georgia. This Sweet Meadow Farm wedding gave them open air spaces that incorporated a beautiful property with a perfect September evening. The venue nods to southern hospitality while maintaining the simplicity of rural Georgia. Being a mere sixty miles from Atlanta, it allowed Gloria to easily return to her roots across the country.
The couple enjoyed a day filled with intentional details for their closest friends, nods to Southern cuisine (looking at you Fox Bros. BBQ) and abounding laughter. Almost every picture in their gallery is all smiles. Finding space for adults and kids were equally important to G+K. Coming out of the years of COVID, this was the first time many were meeting or getting to celebrate something together in a long time. This Sweet Meadow Farm wedding gave the little ones plenty of outdoor space to run and play while the adults enjoyed Fall in the south.
Dawn at Clementines created an unexpected floral design that popped against the green spaces and wood textures of the barn. The bright, colorful energy of the florals matched the personality of the day. We love when a little quirk is added into the day through thoughtful designs and we hope pastels and colors are here to stay!
Caitlyn, an Atlanta Wedding Photographer here at The Tinsley Co., captured this day with an expert blend of photojournalism and editorial photography. These images are both digital and 35mm film. If you’re looking for candids, classic moments and artful imagery – reach out!
